Vaccinations
UPDATED VACCINATIONS are REQUIRED to be submitted before pet is serviced at Parker Pets.
under Ohio Laws and Regulations. all dogs must be up to date on the following: Rabies, Bordetella, and DHPP (distemper, parvovirus, two types of adenovirus/hepatitis, and parainfluenza).
Proof of vaccinations can be provided through a paper or email copy, as well as giving us the name of your veterinarian so that we may call them and verify that your dog’s vaccinations are up to date (we would need your first and last name, as well as your pet’s name). We will not accept rabies tags or any other item/documentation that is not documented or confirmed by a licensed veterinarian as proof. If you are unable to provide proof of up to date vaccinations, services will not be rendered.

APPOINTMENT POLICY
Appointment Services only, including add-on services. Service times are estimates, and vary, due to numerous factors, We understand that plans change, and life happens. Refer below for Appointment details, regarding, booking, cancelling, and tardiness, etc.
All Services are Non-Refundable and Non-Transferrable
Appointment Cancellations
You may reschedule within 24 hrs. of scheduled appointment.
If appointment is cancelled less than 24hrs, A 50% cancellation fee is due. This fee must be paid in full before future appointments can be booked..
Appointment No Call/No Show
contact us a minimum of 30 minutes before scheduled appointment, to inform us if you are unable to make your appointment to avoid being placed as a NO CALL/NO SHOW.
After 2 no call/no shows. appointments booking is prohibited.
Appointment Late Arrival
A 15 minute grace period is allowed please contact us at least 30mins prior to scheduled appointment to inform us of late arrival to ensure you may still be serviced. After 15 min late arrival appointment will be cancelled and marked. After 3 late arrivals, appointment booking will be prohibited.
Appointment Early Arrival
Upon Arrival, Please check-in on our booking app. After Check-In- You'll receive a ready to start service notification, then you may enter.
​Late Pickup
$10/30 mins fee -is added after completed service, After 1 hour, procedures may be taken, that can be out of Parker Pets control to ensure the safety of the pet. it very important that you arrive on time to pickup your pet.
Walk-Ins
We do not offer Walk-Ins, please schedule an appointment online 24/7.
But you may get lucky, try giving us a call.
Allergies
please inform us of any known allergies of your pet or other household members. As some products we use may contain fragrances.
Pricing
All prices are starting Prices (this includes over the phone). Price adjustments may be made for a number of factors, including but not limited to: time it takes to complete service(s), temperament of pet, size of pet, services and fees added. Please note Pricing are subject to change at any time..
Leashes
We require All dogs (regardless of size) must enter salon with a leash on. For the safety of everyone.
Carriers
Carriers are allowed upon arrival, and must be release by owner only, a worn lease is required.
After release and dog is leashed, be sure to take the carrier with you.
